We started having Jennifer help us when our son was two months old and I was still overwhelmed caring for him and trying to keep up with basic household management. We should have called her at the very beginning! She is pleasant, reliable, and easy to work with. I felt comfortable having her around even when the house and I were a wreck. Her experience with babies shows, and I always knew Caleb was safe and well cared for with her, while I was able to get a break. She was the only person I could leave him with knowing that he would get love and attention, but also the naps he needed. Being able to discuss baby care issues with her gave me more confidence as a mother, especially in the area of breastfeeding. I was really grateful for Jennifer's willingness to help with absolutely everything I needed, including some very unusual requests. She has an amazing ability to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time, and took the initiative to make the bed, clean up the kitchen, and run laundry while the baby was asleep. Thank you Jennifer!!!!

Jen is fantastic and we regularly remark on how lucky we feel that she (and Pam) helped us at such a crucial time in our lives! For months, Jen came regularly to our house to help with our newborn, who was very sick with reflux, and our toddler. She amazed us at her ability to care for each child so thoroughly, recognize their needs and address them seamlessly and effectively. She is mature beyond her years and has an incredible ability to both soothe an infant and negotiate with a toddler -- she was able to get our toddler to do things that even we could not manage! Jen is warm, gentle, and responsible and has a light footprint -- sometimes, we wouldn't notice until after she left all the little things she did to keep our house organized and running. She is experienced and always offered helpful insights on caring for the girls. On a regular basis, my husband and I say how much we appreciated having Jen and how we only wish we could always have her help!

Jennifer was born to to work with babies!!
When Pam suggested that we consider working with Jennifer, I have to admit I was a little nervous. We were use to Pam's style, and we had developed grat confidence in her abilities. But i trusted the fact that if Pam said Jennifer was great , then it had to be true. I am so glad I did.
When we finally met Jennifer, we were thrilled to learn that her training with Pam, combined with her sweet, kind personality, made her a dream to work with.
Jennifer worked with us for the first five months of our babies lives. She is patient, experienced, unbelievably organized, and is always open to new ways she can help. After long nights of feeding my newborn twins every two hours, I would relax knowing Jennifer would be there in the morning to help me sterlize bottles, change diapers, and feed and swaddle the babies. (she swaddles a baby better than anyone I've ever seen!) With Jennifer's help, I didn't feel alone or overwhelmed. I always felt calm and secure knowing she was right there beside me for as long as I needed her.

Pam and Jen saved us! We have no idea how we would have survived the first six weeks of parenthood without them. Grandmas only know so much and the pediatrician only sees our baby for a few minutes at a time. Pam and Jen know tons about newborns from being around them all the time. Pam showed us how to calm our baby, what equipment to use and and correctly diagnosed our daughter's reflux. Jen worked nights and taught us many useful tips. Most importantly, our baby adores her! Pam and Jen are very responsible--they come when they say they will and work hard to solved problems. They take their work very seriously and clearly enjoy it. They fit in easily with us and our household. We can't say enough good things and wish they could move in with us!

Pam referred us to Jennifer Sharp who has been with us for about 5 weeks, she also has been a wonderful gift to our family, providing loving care for the babies and giving us the opportunity to get in some solid blocks of sleep. Pam has done a wonderful job training Jennifer, and Jennifer is very good at what she does. She is mature beyond her years and truly loves babies. Can't say enough good things about Pam and Jennifer's services. They have given us a wonderful start to life with twin infants. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them and found them available when I needed help.

Jennifer Sharp did a wonderful job after my daughter was born. She is very calm, a great antidote to new parent nervouseness. Also she knows her stuff--she gave me good advice when iI told her my daughter was having difficulty sleeping . Finally, she seems to know instinctively when to take the initiative and do something I haven't explictly asked for, and when to hang back because I don't want her to do something.
